I'd like to thank all of you who have signed up for a subscription! Thank you very, very much! Not only do the subscriptions allow you to share your content (pictures, blogs, etc..) privately and securely, they also support WeOurFamily to operate the site without any advertising.

After solving some performance issues last month, we are now focused  on adding many new features.

The latest new features are:

• Edit your member name. Go to Account and edit the name that is displayed as your name. When you sign up this is set to your email address, and now you can change what it says. I put my full name in, but you can put what you like and change it whenever you want. This name is displayed to everyone who you share content with and who shares content with you. Your name should be something everyone will understand and identify as you. Also if you change it, those changes are made immediately throughout WeOurFamily.
   
• Right column navigation. On many of the content pages you will now see a gray column on the right that displays links to assist with navigation. In the right nav area you will see Other's Content that has the names of everyone that has shared content with you listed in alphabetical order. Click on a name and only the content that member has shared with you will be displayed.

In addition to these new features we are working to add features on a weekly basis so many more new features will be coming soon. I'll try to make the new feature announcements in this blog.

What are we working on now?

• Tag navigation. This will allow for you and those viewing your content to see the tags you have made and navigate/filter your content with them.
   
• Email Reminders. Email reminders will send emails automatically to those you share content with to remind them that there is content they have not viewed yet on WeOurFamily. Emails will be sent only once per day if there is new content, and once per week for those who have not logged in for more then a week.
   
• Simplify the initial login process when someone receives an invitation. We are working to make the first login on a new invitation as simple as possible.
   
• Improved experience when sending invitation.

These are just a couple of the many features we are adding during the Beta, there are a many, many more coming soon.

The more invitations you send the more you can share with others and help build a stronger WeOurFamily. Encourage others to be come subscriber members. Subscribers members can share content privately and securely with anyone in the world. A subscription is very affordable at a small annual fee of $21.99, which includes three editor memberships per subscription.
